Former Skykomish Mayor Charlotte Mackner Dead!

Charlotte Louise (Skip) Mackner, 1952 Skykomish high school graduate and former two-term Skykomish Mayor, died Tuesday, January 14th 2014 at age 79 following a brief illness.
